Mental Health Day: Real-Life Stress

 

On World Mental Health Day, Stuart shared a raw and honest reflection on his own experiences with stress. Amidst chaos and pressures, there is even greater need for finding a moment to breathe and recalibrate.

It’s about finding perspective through breathwork. Ending the day with an online session for LA Mission, Stuart was reminded of the importance of prioritising mental health daily, not just on awareness days.
