We’re on a mission to usher in a new wave of consciousness through breathwork & music.
Breathpod was born from personal loss, and grew into a mission to help others transform through the power of breathwork & music. After losing his girlfriend to cancer in 2016, founder Stuart Sandeman discovered the healing potential of breathwork—a tool that allowed him to process grief, release tension and find balance without words.
We’re built on this belief: that every breath connects us to deeper parts of ourselves. Through music and breathwork, we guide you to unlock energy, relieve stress and elevate your potential. Whether you seek physical, mental, emotional or spiritual healing, our goal is to empower you with the tools to thrive in any aspect of life.
Guiding your journey of transformation.
Breathe
Start by addressing your most essential needs. Through breathwork, you calm your nervous system, release stress, and shed the protective layers that hold you back.
Learning this foundation of physiological needs, safety and balance helps you feel grounded and present.
→
Believe
With continued practice you begin to shift your mindset, rewiring your brain and breaking through limiting beliefs.
As confidence grows, our supportive community offers connection, helping you rediscover your self-worth and inner strength.
→
Become
This is where real transformation happens. Breathwork empowers you to reach self-actualisation, becoming the best version of yourself.
Free from the pressures and limitations of the past, you step into your true potential and create the life you’ve always envisioned.
